Fees Description

LIT (Leaders In Training):

The fee includes accommodation, training materials, venue transfers, and meals.

Main Symposium:

The fee includes accommodation, venue transfers, symposium materials, social events, and meals.

PST (Post Symposium Tour):

The fee includes accommodation, transport, tour package, and meals.

Fees Description

For LIT:

The fee is inclusive of training materials, venue transfers, and meals.

For Main Symposium:

The fee is inclusive of symposium materials, social nights, and meals.

For PST:

The fee includes accommodation, transport, site visit fees, and meals.

Each registration window has limited slots available. Register early to secure your spot!

Important Note:

The Main Symposium and Leaders In Training fees exclude accommodation. The Flexi Plan is only eligible for IPSF African Regional Office (AfRO) members from the East African Community

Register by completing the official registration form with all required information.

Receive Confirmation Email

After completing the registration form, you will receive a direct email confirming receipt of your registration.

Open to All Students

The registration is open for all pharmacy and pharmaceutical science students across Africa and beyond.

Submit Required Documents

To register for the 14th AfPS, you will be requested to submit the following documents:

  • Valid Passport (for International Delegates)
  • Identification Card (for East Africans)
  • Contact Person Confirmation Letter (CPCL)

Complete Payment

Pay before the deadline indicated for each registration phase to secure your spot.

Valid Passport

Required for international delegates. Must be valid for at least 6 months from the event date.

Identification Card

Acceptable for East African Community members as an alternative to a passport.

Confirmation Letter (CPCL)

Contact Person Confirmation Letter from your institution or organization.
