Abstract Structure & Submission Requirements

Title

A concise and descriptive title clearly reflecting your research topic.

Authors and Affiliations

Full names of all authors and their institutional affiliations.

Background / Introduction

Context and rationale for the study, establishing significance and relevance.

4

Objectives

Clear and specific aims/objectives of the study or initiative.

Methods

Description of the research design, methodology, and approach used.

Results

Key findings and outcomes clearly and concisely presented.

7

Conclusion and Implications

Key Insights and their relevance to Africa's health landscape and policy.

Important: Abstracts that do not follow the prescribed structure or exceed the word limit may be disqualified from the review process.

Modality of Presentations

Oral Presentation

Live Stage Delivery
  • Short scientific presentations delivered during the 14th IPSF AfPS
  • Allocated presentation time and dedicated Q&A session
  • Evaluated by a panel of expert judges
  • Slide submission required in June 2026

Poster Presentation

Visual Display Format
  • Visual display of research findings during designated poster sessions
  • Authors present and engage directly with participants and judges
  • Evaluated by a dedicated group of judges
  • Poster design submission required in June 2026

Please note: Participants will be allowed to choose their preferred presentation modality during abstract submission. However, the final mode of presentation will be determined by the Scientific Committee based on abstract quality, relevance, and available slots.
