Who We Are at African Pharmaceutical Symposium
The African Pharmaceutical Symposium (AfPS) is the flagship Pan-African platform organized by the International Pharmaceutical Students' Federation – African Regional Office (IPSF AfRO). It brings together pharmacy students, early-career professionals, researchers, and healthcare leaders across the continent.
AfPS creates a space where Africa's youth can co-create solutions, contribute to healthcare policy, and strengthen the continent's pharmaceutical ecosystem.
The 14th edition in Kigali represents a renewed commitment to building sustainable, innovative, and homegrown healthcare solutions.
Rwanda Pharmaceutical Students' Association (RPSA)
Established in 1999, the Rwanda Pharmaceutical Students' Association (RPSA) is a youth-led organization dedicated to empowering future healthcare leaders.
RPSA promotes professional development, community health initiatives, and multidisciplinary collaboration across health fields.
As a member of IPSF AfRO, RPSA actively contributes to regional pharmacy education, public health advocacy, and health-system strengthening initiatives.
