Policy Overview
The cancellation policy for the 14th IPSF African Pharmaceutical Symposium outlines the terms and conditions for the cancellation and refund of registration fees. Delegates are encouraged to carefully review these terms before registering. This policy applies to all registered participants in all phases. This policy does not cover sponsors and exhibitors.
Registration Transfer Option
If you are unable to attend the 14th IPSF African Pharmaceutical Symposium after completing payment, you may transfer your registration fees to another registered delegate through mutual agreement, or request a refund in accordance with the refund policy below.

Cancellation Process
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Registration Team and the Chairperson of the 14th IPSF African Pharmaceutical Symposium via email.
Your email should include the following information:

No Refunds After Event Commencement
We cannot provide a refund under any circumstances once the AfPS commences. Please ensure you submit your cancellation request before the event starts.
Force Majeure Policy
In the event of force majeure (including natural disasters, man-made adverse events, pandemics or epidemics) or a national emergency that makes hosting the 14th IPSF African Pharmaceutical Symposium impossible, a 75% refund (excluding transaction or handling fees) will be available to all delegates.
Please Note: If partial refunds have already been processed, converting them to a full refund is not possible even if a force majeure event occurs.
Refund Processing Timeline

You will receive confirmation and further instructions within 14 business days of submitting your refund request.

Refunds will be processed within 30 business days after approval of the cancellation request.

3Payment Method
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used during registration.
